First, you enter your name, date of birth and address at checkout.
Next, our system compares those details against third-party records to confirm your age.
If the check passes, your order moves to processing. Otherwise, we may ask for a photo ID.
We use your details only to confirm your age and complete your order. We never sell that data.
Finally, we keep the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot verify.
Adult Signature on Delivery
Some states require an adult signature for nicotine deliveries. Then the carrier will ask for ID at the door.
The carrier will not leave the parcel unattended, so plan for someone 21+ to be home.
If nobody can sign, the carrier usually leaves a notice and tries again later.
Unclaimed parcels may come back to us. Then we will contact you about next steps.
Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. However, state and local rules on nicotine pouches vary and change often.
We do not ship to any state, county or city where law prohibits these sales or deliveries.

Processing Time

Packs of 30 or 50 cans lower your price per can. That said, shipping follows the rates above.
Checking Your Order When It Arrives
Open the box soon after delivery and confirm the line, flavor and can count.
For example, check that a Pablo Exclusive can shows 50 mg/g, which equals 30 mg per pouch.
If something looks wrong or damaged, follow the steps in our returns and refunds policy.
Store your cans somewhere cool and dry. Pablo cans stay fresh for about 18 months from production.
